Returns

Due to food hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns of food products though they are unopened and unused.

Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our food products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 2 days of ordering at our email tomkensam.uk@gmail.com to request a refund.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving your request. The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
